What private events can be held at Pensiunea Amonte?
Christenings, civil weddings, small weddings and birthdays. The guesthouse is rented in full, so there are no other guests during your event.
Do you take care of organizing the event?
Yes. We offer a full service: we cook the meals ourselves, and for everything else we work with partners we coordinate. It all comes in a single offer, and you get to enjoy the party without a worry.
Can we see the guesthouse before we get an offer?
Yes, and we'd like you to. Every event has its own details, so once you've filled in the form we arrange a visit to the guesthouse and talk through what you have in mind on site. We send the offer after the visit.
How many guests can attend an event?
Up to 60 guests at an outdoor event and up to 35 at an indoor one. Of these, 24 can stay overnight at the guesthouse.
Can guests attend without staying overnight?
Yes. There are 24 beds, and up to 60 guests can attend an outdoor event, or 35 an indoor one.
Who prepares the food?
We cook the meals ourselves, at the guesthouse, from fresh local produce.
Is music allowed at the event?
Yes, DJs included. We plan the evening's schedule together for each event.
Can we bring decorations?
Yes. You can work with an outside decorator, or we can provide the decorations.
What is the minimum booking?
For a private event the guesthouse is rented in full, for at least 2 nights.
How much does a private event cost?
There are no fixed rates: the offer depends on the number of guests, the menu and the dates. Fill in the form, come and see the guesthouse, and we'll send the offer for your event after the visit.
What is the cancellation policy?
For whole-property rentals, cancellation is free up to 28 days before arrival and the deposit is refunded in full. After that, the deposit is kept.
