Cancellation policy
Your confirmed booking is guaranteed.
We never cancel a confirmed booking at Amonte. Your place stays yours.
- A booking is confirmed with a 30% deposit (or an amount we agree on together).
- Cancel at least 7 days before arrival: the deposit is refunded in full.
- Cancel less than 7 days before arrival: the deposit is kept.
- No-show: the deposit is kept.
- For whole-property rentals (groups), free cancellation runs until 28 days before arrival, since the entire property is reserved.
- Changing your dates is possible, subject to availability. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll find a solution.
The policy above applies to direct bookings (WhatsApp, phone, website). Bookings made through Booking.com, Airbnb or other online booking platforms follow that platform's cancellation policy, as shown at the time of booking.
